Here at brown sugar, we want to get you your products fast so you can share the joy of using our lovely products. For us, our shipping standards are simple. Upon receipt of your order, within 2 business days, you will receive a confirmation that your order is out for delivery. Following this, you will then receive an additional email with the tracking number for your box. This will be the best way to track where your box is at each stage. Should you require more than Fast standard shipping, the cost for shipping does increase, but the process will remain the same. Once it has been marked as delivered. You will receive an email confirming that you received the product along with a survey on our service and product. Any discrepancies with the shipment will then result in an investigation on the whereabouts of the product and a case number for your records, followed by an email with the appropriate facts and resolution for the matter. 


At brown sugar we take pride in order accuracy and want to make sure you get exactly what you want and need. Unfortunately, we do not take returns or exchanges but will do all that we can to help rectify any issues that may occur with your order. Simply send us an email and you'll be given a case number followed by a detailed email with how we will work to resolve the matter.
